Who’s holding space for us?
We spend so much of our time holding space for other women. Through pregnancy. Through birth. Through the raw, beautiful, messy reality of postpartum.
We listen. We reassure. We educate. We advocate. We witness. We show up.
But behind every birth worker is a human being, with her own story, her own nervous system, her own wounds, fears and joy. And all of that comes into the rooms we serve. Because fuck me, holding it all yourself messes with you and how you show up, whether you like it or not.
So where is all that collective emotion going?
Built on love.
We’re not here to stand against women, medical professionals or each other. We’re here to stand FOR something. And it starts with three things.
Heart
Love for the women we serve, for each other and for ourselves. Showing up as a human being, not just a professional, with compassion and presence, and being held with the same.
Connection
The deeper biology of oxytocin. Understanding how connection shapes our bodies, our nervous systems and the rooms we walk into.
Belonging
A community where you don’t have to do this alone. Where you’re seen, heard and supported, and where we learn, share and grow together.
Conscious ripples
from the roots.
Change never starts at the top. It starts with conscious movement, one nervous system at a time. A doula sitting with a woman who feels deeply seen. A midwife who intentionally listens and can see what’s really needed. An educator who explains something in a way that just clicks.
Connection is contagious. When one person feels safe, the bodies around them begin to soften too.
Co-regulation. Energy. Impact.
That’s the ripple. And it always begins at the roots.
When birth workers feel supported, understand their own nervous systems and the deeper science of connection, they carry that into every pregnancy, birth and postpartum they support. That’s how we create change. Gently. From the roots up.

I don’t want to build a pedestal.
I want to build a bloody big table.
A place where you don’t have to prove your worth. Where you can ask questions. Where you can be honest. Where you can show up as a human being, not just a professional.
Because nobody owns birth. And there is so much fucking wisdom between us.
Because we need each other.
You are the catalyst for this. Come and be part of it. It’s free, it’s growing, and we’d love you there.
